Cecilia Granger (née Briggs) is a Nimbus Elf that appeared in The Death of Virgo, and again as a living Elf in The Fall of Dundinborough. Cecilia Granger was a member of The Sunswords Military, and apart of Virgo's personal squad. However she was captured and forced to undergo the Ageless Transformation. This caused Virgo to kill her, but allowed her husband Nathaniel Granger to impart his soul with hers, transforming her into a Nimbus to assist the Sunsword family.

Cecilia was a female Elf with a curvy-thin figure with large, curly hair tied into a pony tail with a bow. She wears a tight sleeveless shirt under a loose fitting set of sleeves and crop top. Under this, she wears a pair of undergarments which she exposes when she is heavily intoxicated. When she was brought back to life as a Nimbus familiar, she had a wispy appearance of a cloud.


Personality

Cecilia is a very loyal and kind member of Virgo Sunsword's squad, even having a strong relationship with Virgo. However, when she was turned into an Ageless, Cecilia fled the Sunswords, going into hiding in an Elvish town where she met her future husband, Nathaniel Granger. She kept her Ageless affliction a secret from Nathaniel, but truly loved him, even sparing him the truth behind her death after she came back as a Nimbus.

Relationships

Cecilia has been known to love two people during her life and death. The most notable is Nathaniel Granger, her husband whom she met while she was in hiding as an Ageless. Their relationship is complicated at best. Because her Nimbus form is tied to him, he is the only one who can truly hear her, and the two communicate through telepathy. However, because the two can never consummate their marriage, this leads to a double standard set by Nathan. He can freely go out with other women to satisfy his needs, while Cecilia cannot go out with any ghost men or she'll be accused of being unfaithful. Nonetheless, the two appear to still have a strong, loving relationship.

The second love is none other than Virgo Sunsword, whom she was a consort with during her life. The two appeared to have a loving relationship and no hard feelings when Virgo killed her due to her Ageless affliction. This is shown as the two held no negative feelings towards each other after she returned as a Nimbus.

History

Background

At some point and time in her life, Cecilia became a member of Virgo Sunsword's personal Squad. The two became close, even considering each other lovers.

The Fall of Dundinborough

Cecilia Briggs joined her consort, Virgo Sunsword, his son Galen Sunsword, and other members of Virgo's squad Jenathorn Barringster and Ghana Ens Sin to the signing of the Ironstone Accords in the city of Dundinborough. She participated in the Royal Tournament fight against the Dundinborough Royal Guard, to which they lost by surrender. She later appeared with the other Sunswords when the Royal Guards where training the young Prince Phineas against a Skelephelk. The group eventual joined in with the Royal Guards to help defeat the Ageless Elaphelk. She last appeared with the other Sunwords again, wandering into the Dundinborough vault while the Royal Guards where in battle against the Golden Golem. However, she, along with the rest of the Sunswords, where heavily intoxicated, with herself having stripped of her clothing, appearing in just her underwear during the fight. After the Golem was defeated, she left with the other Sunswords.

Sometime later, Cecilia fell in battle against a siege of Ageless. While the Sunswords believed her to be dead, she was actually captured and forced to make a choice: either die or under go the Ageless ritual. She chose the latter and fled to a far away town to hide out as an Ageless [1]. Cecilia then met Nathaniel Granger, who would become her husband. On the day of her wedding, Virgo Sunsword, having learned of Cecilia's "survival" hunted her down [2]. Virgo kept Cecilia's charade as a normal Elf up, simply demanding to have her. When Nathaniel refused, Virgo was forced to kidnap Cecilia. Having known she was an Ageless, Virgo killed Cecilia. When Nathaniel found her, he resurrected her as a Nimbus Cloud by infusing his own spirit with her cursed spirit using Earth Magic. Both Cecilia and Virgo agreed to tell Nathaniel that nothing happened before her death.

Over the years, Cecilia accompanied Nathaniel as he rose through the ranks of the Sunswords, but also edged him on to move on from her death. However, she was still very present in his life.

The Death of Virgo

Cecilia accompanied the party on their mission, and often aided them by teleporting things, being a lookout, or aiding them in any what she can. During the final encounter with the Flesh Monstrosity she disappeared only to reform after the dust settled.

Fate

She was last seen after the final encounter reappearing shortly after the boss fell. She is presumed to still travel with Nathaniel Granger.
