Archmage Ghana Ens Sin (née Briggs) is a Noble Born Elf Sorcerer and Wizard played by Coestar in The Death of Virgo and by Rob in The Fall of Dundinborough. He is a high ranking member of the Sunsword Military, being known as a powerful archmage with psychic abilities and second in command of Virgo Sunsword's personal squad.

Characteristics

Appearance

Ghana is a male elf with a light blue button down shirt and small glasses. His eyes are light purple and he has light hair that travels down to his shoulders.

Personality

Ghana is a competent soldier with years of experience with working under Virgo. He is fairly serious about his work, but is not above hazing new recruits or joking with Virgo about their shared experiences. He is an adept Wizard and Sorcerer, having mastered many schools of magic to aid Virgo Sunsword on their missions. Although he is a profound Archmage, he is mainly known for his psychic abilities which are tuned to help Virgo better understand his adventures. He is also the only person that can use the Pearl of Hindsight, which is actually Virgo Sunsword's glass eye. He is also known to be very trustworthy, even becoming second in command of Virgo's personal squadron.

It is said that he used to go by the surname of Briggs, but changed it to Ens Sin after a vision told him to.

Relationships

Virgo Sunsword

Virgo and Ghana are very close, being friends and having worked with one another even before the days of the Ironstone Accords. They both have mutual respect and admiration for one another and are very close friends. Virgo often approaches Ghana to consult his Pearl of Hindsight "eye", although he tends to use it incorrectly. Virgo and Ghana both trust each other, as they are the only ones who know about the Pearl of Hindsight. Ghana is also Virgo's loyal Archmage, and to aid Virgo, has studied and mastered many forms of Magic as well as having psychic abilities which are tuned to help Virgo better understand the outcomes of his adventures.

Tennis

Ghana often jokes about Tennis like the rest of Virgo's squadron. However, Ghana and Tennis are still close friends and will protect and shield each other if needed. Even though Tennis was considered the new recruit of Virgo's squad, Ghana still talks and jokes with Tennis frequently.

Galen Sunsword

They were both part of Virgo's squad during The Fall of Dundinborough, they participated in the tournament together and got drunk off E.X.X.X.P. Ale together.

Cecilia Briggs

They were both part of Virgo's squad during The Fall of Dundinborough, they participated in the tournament together and got drunk off E.X.X.X.P. Ale together.

Jenathorn Barringster

They were both part of Virgo's squad during The Fall of Dundinborough, they participated in the tournament together and got drunk off E.X.X.X.P. Ale together.

History

Background

Not much is known about Ghana's past, but it is known that he has served on Virgo Sunsword's personal squadron and has been friends with him even before the days of the Ironstone Accords. It is also known that he is a powerful Archmage, having studied and mastered many schools of magic in his lifetime. Ghana is an experienced tracker who has been a long time friend of Virgo, even trusting him with the Pearl of Hindsight that acts as Virgo's glass eye. His surname used to be Briggs, but he changed it after a vision told him to.

Fate

While Dundinborough is collapsing to Ageless, the party splits up with the Sunswords. Ghana, along with Galen Sunsword and Jenathorn Barringster, went to defend and protect the east side of Dundinborough from Ageless Thralls, while Virgo and Cecilia Briggs went to defend the west side. The Sunsword's status remains unknown.

Trivia

• Due to Ghana's name being retired, there can be no other Ghana in the Sunsword Army, legally anyways.
• Following Coestar's theme of hiding puns in the names of his characters, 'Ghana Ens Sin' is an anagram of 'Shenanigans.'
