Jack Krysstal claims that he once was a captain of a pirate ship and sailed the seas proudly, but lost his ship to his brother. This depressed Jack into becoming a heavy drinker, but still claiming to be a Captain.
Jack, with his Porc first-mate Burrito, are first seen reminiscing over their former pirating lifestyle. Putting up his pirating voice as a facade, the two join Noxel, Kopie Ren and Romulus on the mission to hunt down the Rock-Wolf that has been terrorizing the area of Karazzim. Their quest leads them to the hot springs found in the mountain, where he and Burrito enjoy a bath and massage session. Upon mention of the reward gold for bringing back the wolf's head, the two begin plotting a way to make off with the full reward money, as well as any valuables from the others that they can.
