Lance "Tone Deaf" Briggs is a Noble Born Elf Bard played by Roamin in Battle of the Bards. He is a veteran of the Battle of the Bards competition, and the manager of The Future Winners.

Characteristics

Appearance

Lance is a male elf of average height, with a slim build. He has long, shoulder-length brown hair that is slicked back, and has streaks of white in it, as well as a small patch of brown hair on his chin. He wears a loose-fitting, off-white t-shirt, black pants and purple shoes, with two black studded belts around his waist, and his Leather Boot hanging off of one of them. On top of this, he wears a long, teal jacket that is very tattered around the bottom, and is purple on the inside, with the sleeves rolled up, as well as his signature black tinted shades.

• Lance gets a little itch in his left leg when it is about to rain.

History

Background

Since he was young, Lance wanted to show that he could be a successful bard. He learned he was tone deaf after attempting to sing, a feat after which he was given his Leather Boot from his musical instructor. As the years passed, he retired from the frontlines and became the manager for The Future Winners.

Fate

Lance left with the rest of the remaining Future Winners after losing against Ziggy Ziggy and Iggy Iggy.

• Lance has participated in the Battle of the Bards 7 times, winning 2 times and coming runner up 3 times.
• Lance possibly has 2 children. The pictures in his locket are pictures of children who he thinks are his.
• Lance was the original character to be featured on the Spellthief's class cards, despite canonically being a Bard. He was replaced with Orvan Weiss in Season 3's Spellthief class cards.
