Harlin Hardbody is an Elf Hydromancer played by Coestar in Lyn Azveltara Gaiden. Harlin is an explorer and world traveler, having spent years exploring The Tower of Ultimate Wizardry with his precious carp. Harlin came across the party of Lyn Azveltara climbing the Tower, and decided to join them. He was last seen resting with the Azveltaran Party on the 41st resting floor.

Characteristics

Appearance

Harlin is a male Elf who is noted have a fairly large statue and muscular. His body is covered in thick, long hair that makes him seem even larger than before. This hair even covers his genital regions as said by Quiset. He wears a short sleeve fur coat and carries a bag of carp, to which he claims held the "Royal Family of Carp".

Personality

Harlin is a very simple man who enjoys exploring the world around him and is very straightforward. Harlin doesn't push people's boundaries, when someone says they do not wish to talk about something, Harlin simply shouts "OKAY" and continues on a different topic. This makes him surprisingly easy to get along with and to predict his actions, as he states exactly what is on his mind. His only concern that causes him worry is his precious carp in his bag, to which he has came to believe that they are a Royal Family of Carp that has tasked him with transporting them to their "Holy Motherland" in the Tower of Ultimate Wizardry.

Harlin is also highly open to sexual endevours, to which he was introduced to by Quiset.

Harlin has the trait of calling out self-named attacks when using his abilities. He has been recorded saying "Harlin Wave" when using Tsunami, "Harlin Scewer" when using his Trident of Superiority, "Harlin Cannon" when casting Hydro Pump, "Harlin Form of River" when turning into his Aqueous Form, "Harlin Storm" when casting Blizzard EX, "Harlin Missile" when casting Torpedo, "Harlin Hammer" when using Call Mjolnir, and "Harlin Hurricane" when using Tsunami EX.

Harlin can open his mouth very wide, being about the fit a large males shoe entirely in his mouth.

Due to living on the road and out in the woods, Harlin is more accustom to sleeping on the most uncomfortable areas, such as rocks or hard floors. This causes him to see most areas of the Tower of Ultimate Wizardry as rest areas.

History

Background

Harlin was born before The Bird of Magic but his life before then is unknown. After the Birth of Magic, Harlin became a wandering battle mage, spending his life enjoying the world and developing his physical strength as well as his magic. He took it upon himself to enter the Tower of Ultimate Wizardry, not to ask Quintara Lotus of any question, but to prove himself in exploring the Tower.

At some point in time, Harlin crossed paths with Lyn Azveltara and her party. Deciding to join them, the Tower reset his progress to match that of the Azveltaran Party.

Fate

Harlin was last seen entering Floor 41 and resting with Lyn Azveltara and Quiset.

Trivia

• Harlin claims to have wrestled a whale before and that it ended in a draw. It is more than likely that he simply gripped a whale for an indeterminable amount of time before being satisfied that it ended in a draw.
