The Paladin is a playable class prominently seen in the first campaign, the Nuren Campaign. Capable of yielding the extremely powerful Divine Intervention and acting to buff up the team whenever the opportunity arises, a the presence of a Paladin can serve a prominent role in keeping the party fighting even when all looks bleak.
Cast a blessing on a target that causes them to deal double damage with melee attacks until end of combat. For allies, they must yell a phrase chosen by the Paladin when they attack or they will lose this effect.
Release a wave of light onto a target that restores Stamina equal to the die rolled with this ability. Can also be used to deal damage to Undead targets. Using this ability reduces your maximum stamina by 3 for the rest of the campaign.
Shackle a target using chains made of pure light to another target, object, or the ground. Targets will not be able to move and take 3 damage at the end of your turn. A paladin may break the chains by whispering an ancient password of honor that they choose.
Throw a flask of Unholy Water at a target. If the flask hits, you may change the target of their next attack, action, or spell.

Righteous Fury
Release all of your inner holy power in the form of a single attack. This strike will deal 25 damage in a 3 square radius centered on your target to all demons, undead, and children. This ability is only usable if a Party member dies.
