Octivias is a Black Boar Porc Lumberjack who is part of Captain Merci's crew during The Jewel of the Dingo Isles campaign.

Characteristics

Octivias cannot swim in any way, shape, or form (partially due to his stubby arms) even though he is a chef on a ship. Besides this, he is very good at making Fish Yogurt and fish soup. He offers to lactate on the cannonballs, so it can be assumed that this he uses his own milk in his recipes. On the Bocoe he is in charge of cooking and lavatories. When it comes to firing cannons he is absolutely useless and has no ideas what to do.

Fish Yogurt

He makes the fish yogurt soup from the seawater that leaks in from holes in the bottom of the Bocoe, as such his soup is very salty. The kobolds of the Bocoe do not like his soup or yogurt at all, but the porcs all like it.

• All he makes is Fish Yogurt and Fish Soup, though he was attempting to make the kobolds some form of cannonball-fish-milk.
