Raynel is a Keen Gnome Paladin, Wizard and Sorcerer-in-training, played by Rob in the The Zarlin Catacombs campaign, and by Justin in the Unexpected Discovery campaign. She was the squire to Bromas, and a member of the Grand Paladin Order.

Characteristics

Appearance

Raynel is a young female Keen Gnome with blue eyes and light pink hair. She wears golden plate armor with brown trims on the top and a brown belt with a silver and blue buckle. Her plate shoulder pads are often referred to look like pastries. She wears golden gauntlets and boots that have brown knee caps. Underneath her armor, she wears a loose fitting, long sleeve dark brown shirt, a dark brown skirt and a white cape that has a brown trim along the bottom. She wears a plate helmet that is brown with a golden trip, golden ear covers, white wing-like accessories and a white emblem on the front with a blue gem.

Personality

Raynel has an infatuation with noses. An obsession so extreme that when Bromas turned into a Kobold and lost his, all feeling she had towards him vanished.

Relationships

Bromas

Raynel appeared at first to be close with Bromas, who she referred to as "Alpha Wolf", and was possibly in love with him, up until he was changed into a kobold and no longer had a nose. She was also his squire.

Sergio Fabioso

Raynel was at first very annoyed and just plain bothered by Sergio, it is unknown if she accepted.

Morgana Marie

Raynel did not really care about Morgana Marie, although she did worry about her a little as she was a tourist - and a paying one at that.

Fantastico Fabioso

Raynel seemed bothered by Fantastico, especially when he was a concubine to Sergio.

Notable Attributes

Raynel is a small gnome, and, while still a able to hold her own in a fight, is by no means an expert fighter.

Background

Raynel has traveled with Bromas for quite some time.

The Zarlin Catacombs

Raynel assisted Bromas, Sergio Fabioso and Fantastico Fabioso in escorting Morgana Marie through the Zarlin Catacombs. Along the way, she decapitated an Elemech and dodged booby traps. She gets separated from the group during their encounter with the Gorgons and goes to get help. Eventually she meets up with the party on the other side of of a large crevasse. She explains from over a walkie-talkie that if they can get across they can get out of the catacombs. She also confesses her love for Bromas. Then out of nowhere, a Bennu War Machine reawakens from deep within the crevasse. Unable to help, she sits on the other side and waits. The party eventually defeats the war machine but loses Morgana Marie and meets up with them on the other side.

Unexpected Discovery

Fate

After learning of Bromas' transformation into a Kobold, Raynel's infatuation for him disappeared. Sergio then tried to convince Raynel to be his new concubine, and they left the Zarlin Catacombs together. It is yet to be confirmed whether Raynel accepted Sergios's offer or not, though.
