Octivias is a Black Boar Porc Lumberjack who is part of Captain Merci's crew during The Jewel of the Dingo Isles campaign.
Characteristics
Cannot swim in any way, shape, or form even though he is a chef on a ship. Besides this, he is very good at making fish yogurt and fish soup. He makes the fish yogurt soup from the seawater that leaks in from holes in the bottom of the Bocoe, as such his soup is very salty.
