Omally, also known as Pit Boss Dragonfire Omally, is a Tall Dwarf Monk and the leader of the Unseen Rogues, rival gang to Mona's Band. He also has a tower of sorts that he stays in, which has a fire mechanism to deal with intruders, and owns multiple museums to hide his loot and gold from his gang business for later.

Omally is unusually large and strong for a Tall Dwarf.

He is a strict leader, choosing to kill 'rats' and showing little mercy to anyone.

He referenced having two wives and zero children.

History

Background

He killed a Kobold monk who was his master. It is implied that the monk Omally killed was Romulus' Grandfather. If it is true then Omally also killed Romulus' Father, and Mother.

The Unseen Rogues

Omally appeared when Thea Mazing drank the vase's liquid in the museum, passed out and was moved into his chamber and offered Thea the chance to join the Unseen Rogues by killing Mona. When Thea and company break into his private vault, he sends Chase and the other Unseen Rogues to attack Mona. When they return with her and the thieves to his tower, he holds Thea to her word and tells her to kill Mona in front of him. Thea refuses, this prompts Omally to fight back. However, as the fight begins, Neena Brando's Vampire Locket activates, causing a massive Kobold Monk to appear before Omally, and engage him. When the fight goes awry, he activates his dragon fire. This kills Lester as well as several Dwarves who were members of the Unseen Rogues, and collapses a blanket of darkness, with Chase surviving due to his insanity. Darius is gravely wounded, but Nate, Neena, Mona and Thea remain unharmed thanks to Nate's Ring of the Armsukaa. Omally moves to attack Thea, but Neena uses her Lascene to force him to attack Darius, killing him. Omally then attempts to attack the group with his Bo Staff, but in Chase's insanity he interrupts his back flip with a Force Pillar, causing Omally to fall on his back. Seizing the opportunity the group beats him until he falls unconscious.

Fate

Omally was rendered unconscious by the party at the end of The Unseen Rogues campaign. Neena Brando wishes to sleep with the crime boss, but Mona talks her out of it.

Trivia

• Omally is the first character that we know that has all of the skills of one class. He is a fully realized Monk.
• Omally was not intended to appear at the start of the campaign. However, Justin's decision to drink the liquid in the vase caused Rob to have to change his original plans.
• Omally's puppet was used in the Guild of Explorers campaign for Big 'un, as he did not have a puppet of his own.
