Richard Lored is a Dwarf Bard portrayed by Jake in the Nuren Campaign. He is the second oldest son of "Mike Jackson".

Disguise

Richard Lored must change the voice of his character. He may take on the shape of any creature or race until they stop doing the voice, in which case the magic of the spell breaks and he are returned to normal.

Double Down

Richard Lored can proclaim that he wishes to double something. Damage, size, the effect of a spell. If the host deems this acceptable, he may roll a die. Should he succeed, said something is doubled. Should he fail, he take 3 damage and are shamed.

Lullaby

Richard Lored may create an impromptu song to sing to his party members that relates to the events currently unfolding. If his song should impress the Game Master, he may put all enemies who hear it to sleep.

Personal Items

Richard Lored has a marble and elvish action figure collection. During the campaign he received the rainbow staff from Penwar Lockis who in turn obtained it from Nisovin.

Trivia

  • When declining the borrow ability during character creation Jake said: "Good artists borrow, great ones steal."[1] Richard Lored later went on to complete the campaign without stealing anything.
  • At one point he claims to be a Floridian Dwarf, whether this is a real Sub-Race of dwarf remains to be seen.
