Mushroom Trents are large mushroom creatures that can reform themselves using smaller Mushroom Trents, temperately polymorph characters into small Mushroom Trents, and create a mist that forces the lower roll to be chosen for characters that roll multiple dice.
History
- A Mushroom Trent attacked the group of Kobolds in the Kobold Headhunters.
Characteristics
The Mushroom Trent liked to taunt it's opponents, insulting them in a mushroom language and laughing at them.
Abilities
- They can create a mist that covers a very large area that causes characters that roll multiple die to automatically take the lowest die roll.
- They can polymorph a character into a smaller Mushroom Trent. On that characters turn, the character polymorphs back into its original being, but spawns 3 smaller Mushroom Trents surrounding the character.
- Can smash a large mushroom hand in a 3 by 3 area dealing a base of 12 damage.
- On death, Mushroom Trent become many smaller Mushroom Trents, that if in close proximity, can reform the large Mushroom Trent. The large Trent is slightly smaller each time this happens however.

- They speak a Mushroom language.
- This language was first spoken by a Mushroom Trent in the Kobold Headhunters campaign. It is also spoken by any character polymorphed into a smaller Mushroom Trent, and by any smaller Mushroom Trent spawn in by the main Mushroom Trent.
