Scrooges are large, duck-like creatures that have the ability to use one spell which is Ray of Frost for an entire combat , and try to steal treasure.

History

• Two flocks of Scrooges appeared in the Kobold Headhunters campaign, and attacked the group of Kobolds.

Characteristics

• They are greedy creatures that will attempt to steal treasure and use it to fight, or fly off with it.
• They usually live around bodies of water.

Abilities

Magic Breath

Scrooges breath out Ray of Frost. This spell is now usable by every ally in an encounter for that combat.

Notable Examples

A large number of Scrooges ambush the party in the Kobold Headhunters campaign. they steal a number of treasures, but are effortlessly dispatched by Noxel.

• Scrooges speak a different duck-like language.
