All that is known about this Dragon aspect is that it has been around since before The Great Hatching, along with Kallisto. Phanto would die due to mysterious circumstances involving the Beenu in some way, and his corpse would become the Moon above the The Realms. This would cause Darkness to enter the world and result in the formation of other schools of magic.
