Scrooges are large, duck-like creatures that have the ability to use one spell which is Ray of Frost for an entire combat , and try to steal treasure.
History
- Two flocks of Scrooges appeared in the Kobold Headhunters campaign, and attacked the group of Kobolds.
Characteristics
- They are greedy creatures that will attempt to steal treasure and use it to fight, or fly off with it.
- They usually live around bodies of water.
Abilities
Magic Breath
Scrooges breath out Ray of Frost. This spell is now usable by every ally in an encounter for that combat.
