Done! I just created new Redirect Pages to the Cards. The reason why those weren't up yet was because I had yet to reinclude those cards somewhere, they are now on their respective race pages. --Razorhead (talk) 15:36, 6 June 2015 (UTC)

I saw you fix the typo of a category. I do it like this because that's how wikipedia.org formats the main page of a category so it shows on top of the list. If we want to differ from this style I am open to it. Skydivizer (talk) 12:05, 8 June 2015 (UTC)

Removing Redirects

Hey just to note, don't worry about going back and changing it, however please dont remove redirects as a search engine may have indexed that page and thus making it no longer redirect will make people land on to a blank page. Plornt (talk) 10:56, 10 June 2015 (UTC)

Yeah, I can automatically remove non-linked redirects that are a month old (after search engines have removed them in favour of the redirected page. I mean its not an issue right now as we've not been indexed but the site map for search engines contains links to any page even without being linked to. Plornt (talk) 10:58, 10 June 2015 (UTC)

Transparent Images

All the images you uploaded with transparent backgrounds have these huge empty spaces next to them. What this means is when they get re-sized as a thumbnail they actual picture itself is made very tiny. You could easily see this on the Dwarf page where the actual picture was much smaller compared to what it used to be and the Goblin page where there was a big gap above the top of the picture and the goblins itself. Also while I know we don't want duplicate images, please do not upload edited images over official images like the Game Pieces. I know the transparent version of the Dwarf is basically the same as the game piece, however if people want to play the game themselves they'll need the game piece version, not the transparent one. In this case just upload the transparent one as something else like Dwarf Transparent.png --Petertwnsnd (talk) 17:50, 10 June 2015 (UTC)

We don't need the game pieces anymore. Plornt is creating a widget that will create tiles from the images, but those need to have transparent backgrounds. Take a look at Category talk:CharacterImage --Razorhead (talk) 18:00, 10 June 2015 (UTC)

As far as I can tell that Widget is not working yet and in the meantime we have pages with weirdly proportioned images on them. Until his thing is up and running we shouldn't override all the stuff that is working with stuff that doesn't. Auto cuts down the transparentness to size so it doesnt really make much of a difference for the widget but yeah, thanks Razorhead for volunteering for that annoyingly long task haha. Plornt (talk) 18:35, 10 June 2015 (UTC)

I just found out that increasing the image width to 350px in the mobbox solves a lot of the smallness issue with the transparent pictures, can I try to put that into the template itself to test? --Razorhead (talk) 18:37, 10 June 2015 (UTC)

Moderator

So in accordance to a conversation with Plornt which you can read here, I've created two new pages solely for Moderator to edit, Wiki Rules and Moderator Talk. At the moment there's no way to prevent other users from editing, so any unauthorized edits will have to be manually reverted.

Wiki Rules is where we can keep track of the rules on the wiki and where we can redirect new users to once we complete it. I've added a few rules already agreed upon by most of the Moderators from various talk pages, however if there's something you feel is missing feel free to add it.

Moderator Talk is so all the moderators have a place to talk to each other about the wiki in general without having to use our own individual Talk pages. Any ideas for new rules should be brought here and this page should be used to discuss the direction the wiki should head in the future.

Anyways feel free to edit these pages. I will be leaving this message on the other moderators page as well.
