			Ca-Rell, along with the members of Theta Squad [[Elmar Squishwitz]], [[DeNada]], and [[Templeton Barringster VII\|Templeton Barringster]], are assigned to [[List of Locations#Danevur\|Danevur]] to deal with a group of [[Porcs]] who have taken residence in a nearby cave and are causing trouble for the town. She pulls her squad out of the local bar with some difficulty as they have little respect for their leader, and they leave town to deal with the Porcs. Theta Squad comes across a battle with a large [[Fire Spirit\|Fire Elemental]], and decide to help fight it since Elmar accidentally created it the day before in the first place. After defeating the Fire Elemental, the team begins to cross a bridge to reach the Porc cave, and is attacked by a [[Whisper Snake]], which manipulates their minds to make them fight against each other. Upon defeating the Whisper Snake, Ca-Rell finds the mace Lieutenant Surge, and considers it a promotion for herself. She then promotes every member of Theta Squad except for Templeton, including DeNada's Frost Elemental named Ice Lord. The party then finds [[Dave]] and his squadron, who are escorting the kobold [[Chimera]] to the [[Silvermine Mountains (Location)\|Silvermine Mountains]]. Ca-Rell and Dave have an argument over the legitimacy of her self-proclaimed promotion, which is cut short when Chimera breaks free of the transport carriage. He attempts to escape, but Theta Squad manages to defeat the dangerous outlaw, much to Dave's surprise. The team then proceed to enter the caves, where they happen upon a couple of Porcs. Ca-Rell asks to be taken to their leader, and the Porcs take them to the center of the caves without a fight. When she meets the Porc leader, [[Porbo]], Ca-Rell challenges him to fight for the leadership of the Porcs. Porbo accepts, and the party defeats him and his [[Skelephelk]] companions. Ca-Rell is recognized by the Porcs as their leader, and she decides to stay with the tribe to ensure they cause no more trouble for Danevur. She gives Elmar leadership of Theta Squad in her place.
