About Supporter Events
Although URealms Live is about fun and role play, it needs to make money to stay afloat. The way this is done is by making supporter events that the viewers can donate money to activate. When supporter events were first introduced, in Band of Thieves, there were only events that aided the enemy, but the community wanted to be able to help the players as well, so in Porc Hunters Rob added events that aid the players.

Most combats have three supporter events, some of which aid the players and others that aid the enemy. Chat can see the effect that each supporter event will have on the show, but the players can't even see that there are any supporter events. From The Sunswords onwards, treasures were sometimes available for purchase after combat. There are some supporter events that occur during combat that negatively affect the party, but give the players more gold. There are also supporter events that activate a combat, such as the Gemlord combat in Band of Thieves. Some Supporter Events can occur out of combat, but most are withing fights.

In Season One almost all supporter events, aside from treasure giving supporter events, have a short animation animated by Nick Graves which plays upon activation. In season two and three Sixelona took up the role of doing the animation for supporter events in place of Graves.

In Season Two Rob added 'Card Quests' which were active during every combat. The Card Quest would take money from the overflow of the other events to complete three 'quests' which each unlock special cards. When there is money to take from the overflow an animation of Phineas walked in place next to the counter, but when unable to, he would stand still. Upon completing a 'quest' Phineas would exclaim "Yeah!" and when he completed the final 'quest' he started dancing. When the first 'quest' was reached lore card(s) were put up in the bottom right corner of the stream (selectable through buttons) for viewers to read. The second 'quest' added the abilities of the monsters in the combat to the viewer in the bottom right corner. When either of these 'quests' were completed the respective cards from the completed 'quest' were added to the URealms website (live.urealms.com/cards). The third and final 'quest' was slightly different. If this 'quest' was completed each player got one legendary roll. If any player was successful with their legendary roll the respective legendary item they were given was added to the URealms website. Card Quests were discontinued after Season 3 in favor of other donation bonuses.

Season Three saw the addition of "Divine Decisions". When a Divine Decision was offered, the viewers could vote towards a specific option of the choice, the number of votes each viewer had depended on their forum level. When a viewer voted it put their name along with their choice into a metaphorical hat and when the time came for the Divine Decision to be made, one viewer would be pulled from the hat and their choice would be the winner. That means that even if 99% of the audience voted the same way, there was still a chance that the other option got selected.

Trivia
* The first ever supporter event activated was Whirlwind Bros.
* The first event that benefited the heroes was the Winter Coat supporter event which gave Elmar a Winter Coat of Protection.
* The Donkey for Dankey supporter event, when activated, caused the first ever player death in URealms Live.
* There were no card quests in The Tower of Ultimate Wizardry: Chapter One
* So far, 10 Campaigns have had all of their Supporter Events Funded.
** Every campaign in Season 2, excluding The Tower of Ultimate Wizardry: Chapter One and Den of Devils, has had all of their Supporter Events funded.
*** Due to an error in the software for the Den of Devils, all of its events could not be funded. However, all of the Events still activated regardless.
