Goblins are small creatures first seen in [[Porc Hunters]]. They are introduced when [[Roamin]] runs to hide behind a bridge and one crawls out to start the second encounter early. They are the only race to be universally hated and despised by all the other races.

This encounter was nearly preemptively started when [[Templeton Barringster]], attempted to hide behind a bridge, and a Goblin named Justin crawled out to try to initiate the encounter, but was swiftly pushed back into the water. Later when the campaign continued to the point of this encounter, the party started to verbally and physically abuse the Goblin. He then threw a smoke bomb and stole several of the crews treasures:

While fighting [[The Whisper Snake of Emerald Lake]] DeNada retrieved their items, but kept them to himself for the time being. Further into the encounter the goblin reinforcements began to attack, only to be eradicated shortly after.

== Description ==
Kobolds are a small mammal race with sharp claws that are often found residing in caves and rocky habitats. Most Kobolds dislike getting wet, likely due to their preference of a dry, dark habitat. They have an outer layer of rock and mud that gives them the appearance of fur. This appearance allows them to blend into surrounding mountains and rocky terrain.

Kobolds have natural Night Vision, but this is not inherent to all members of the species. Members such as [[Philhipé]], [[Kinney Boots]], and [[Jo Krysstal]] do not have this ability. Philhipé had to overcome this by using an eye patch to keep an eye dilated.
===Kobold Culture===
Kobolds are often regarded as stupid beasts by other races, notably by [[Elf|Elves]] and [[Porc|Porcs]]. This causes them to seek employment as bandits, thieves, or even pirates.

The Kobolds are a very religious race, with most Kobolds becoming [[Paladin]]s in a manner to uphold their faith. It is currently unknown what the Kobolds or Paladins believe in. The Paladin Kobolds are often designated as the health unit while in a group of Kobolds. Kobolds can train to wield three weapons at once, due to their powerful jaws. The first notable Kobold to do this was [[Chimera]], who was regarded as a highly dangerous criminal.

Kobold hierarchy allows the leaders of Kobolds to be undefiable, forcing them to do whatever the leader tells them to.

Kobolds' diet revolves around digesting various minerals and rocks, preferably of zero monetary value. They can eat gem-like creatures, such as [[Gemling|Gemlings]] as well. Kobolds can digest other food, such as fish, but greatly seek something to their tastes. Kobolds at sea have been known to resort to eating cannonballs. Their fondness for eating gems often puts them on opposing sides with treasure hunting [[Dwarf|Dwarves]].

==Kobold Language==
Kobolds are commonly known to repeat the word "kobold" when speaking to one another and when communicating with other races. However other races do not seem to understand this language and some will try to answer them by repeating their name or race.

If [[Goggles]] were speaking the truth to [[Kallark]], the Kobold language is purely a body language expressed through small gestures - the sound itself can be used to clarify the meaning of particular body signals, as an example the speaker can indicate a sexual undertone by pronouncing the 'D' (in 'kobold') with a deep tone.

===Background===
In his early pirating days he had his bandana, which makes it very sentimentally valuable to him. It is unknown at what point Krysstal joined the crew of the ''Bocoe'', but he chose to follow [[Merci|Captain Merci]] for the sole reason of seeking out treasure. He also referenced his cousin, [[Kinney Boots]], to be another crew member for the journey to the Dingo Isles.

Jo continues the campaign with the Bocoe, eventually making his way to the island of Laeyuleaugh. He assists in the combat on the beach and is left to scavenge the ransacked village with Patches. Patches however, clearly infuriated by the group singing the classic pirate tune "Fuck the Kobolds" strangles Jo to death, stabbing him several times before revealing his eye and singing one more round of "Fuck the Kobolds" as Jo's life slips away. He is presumed dead.

The man in the post apparently wore the crystal every time he masturbated and claimed that the crystal glowed while performing the act. He also claimed that wearing the crystal gave him confidence in "work, home, and social situations".
