Jo may destroy a Treasure Card he owns to fire a golden shot/arrow with a ranged weapon that deals triple damage. This attack is great at interrupting other ranged attacks.

=== Grapple Gun ===

Jo may fire his grapple gun to hook it onto an object or target. Once hooked Jo can use it to swing as a free move, pull a target towards him or onto the ground. If he grapples a target and rolls an 18 or higher, he also pulls in a random Treasure Card.

=== Shiver Me Timbers ===

Jo releases a hypnotic wave at all targets facing in his direction. Each target becomes mesmerized until they take damage, attempting to snap out of the spell each turn. If Jo rolls an 18 or higher, he will cause one of the targets to come up and give him a random Treasure.

Phineas Barringster is the Younger brother of [[Templeton Barringster VII]]. He wishes to be a [[Cabalist]] like his older brother and ran off to prove his worth. The [[Theta Squad]] went out to find him and rescue him.

He ended up saving himself, however, when he defeated 3 [[Porcs]] and 2 [[Skelephelk|Skelephelks]] to escape. He later joined [[Theta Squad]], replacing [[Ca-Rell]], who stayed to lead the Porcs.

Gracias is for the most part a pacifist, and tends to solve problems in novel ways which are often hilarious. Gracias was the party member who hugged [[Philhipé]], converting him to the side of the party.

Gracias is a kind hearted sorcerer, preferring not to fight if he can. However when the situation arises he can handle is own in battle, opting for a tactical advantage whenever possible. He tries his best to protect his friends and allies, and is quickly angered when [[Yumi]] tries to desert then in battle, going so far as to attempt to trap them in the battle with his Rolling Fog spell. Gracias was tasked with watching over [[Dwarf Number Three]] during the Band of Thieves mission, a role he passed along to Philhipé. He also grew closely attached to Philhipé during their mission, using his final words before passing out to try to save him.

Gracias utilized his [[Sorcerer]] abilities, [[Sorcerer#Blink|Blink]] and [[Sorcerer#Rolling Fog|Rolling Fog]], for more stealthy or diplomatic purposes. Often concealing the thieves' location or using his teleportation to create a diplomatic solution. The most notable diplomatic solution he create was by appealing to the Kobold named [[Philhipé|Pete]] with a hug, causing him to become an ally.

Gracias is presumed to have escaped the party's encounter with [[Gwyneth Sunsword]] by falling down a well. The action he took to do so knocked him unconscious, and a subsequent explosion collapsed the well, so his fate is potentially uncertain, but [[Rob]] said he escaped alive when wrapping up the campaign.

== Plot ==
[[Yumi]] and her band of [[gnome]] thieves – [[Squinks]] and [[Gracias]] – hire a [[dwarf]] named [[Bumbley]] to be their muscle for their next job they will be getting. In typical thieves guild tradition, the new Bumbley is renamed by the group and is given the name "Dwarf Number Three" which he happily accepts, though with some mild confusion.

The thieves are introduced to their quest by [[Nisovin]] and are commissioned to steal a special key from the Spellblade Elves. The group decides to not take his advice (which they originally misheard) and approach the Elven Camp by way of the mountain pass to the north where they are immediately greeted by three [[Kobold|Kobolds]]. The group manages to convince one of the grunts (Pete, later renamed to "[[Philhipé]]") that they are decent guys wanting to pass by but Pete tells them it is not his decision to make and brings the boss over. The Boss immediately takes a dislike to Dwarf Number Three, as he has a hatred for dwarves, due to them taking the resources that the Kobolds like to eat. However, when the guys admit that they aren't completely sure that Dwarf Number Three is a real dwarf, the Boss agrees to let them pass, assuming they don't plan on stealing any of his loot. This seems to be going fine, until Dwarf Number Three tells the boss his name and reveals that he is, in fact, a dwarf – causing the boss to try to punch him in the face and starting an engagement between the two parties.

During the encounter, Gracias stops to give Pete a hug, and eventually convinces him again that they are all good guys, so Pete agrees to sit out with Gracias to watch the rest of the fight. When the Kobolds are eventually defeated, Gracias introduces Pete to the group, with Yumi choosing to rename him as Philhipé.

As the group continues through the cave, Philhipé guides them to a large cavern full of [[Gemling|Gemlings]] and a very large gem. Philhipé always wanted to lick the large gem but his boss had never let him.

Philhipé is a rather laid-back Kobold, who is known for his combat skills, ability to advise the party, and generally "bad-assery" when faced with troublesome situations.

=== History ===

Philhipé presumably lived a relatively normal Kobold life before being encountered in the Band of Thieves campaign, wearing an eye patch over left eye because never developed natural Night Vision like other Kobolds, so he wore an eyepatch to keep one eye dilated and he thought he looked cooler. In the campaign itself he was originally friendly to Roamin's party before [[Dwarf Number Three]] revealed his name and the rest of the group of Kobolds he was hanging around with engaged them in combat. Philhipé hung back during the fight, casting heals on his allies until [[Gracias]] decided in a radical turn of events that he would hug the Kobold rather than fight him.

Following a lengthy conversation and an attempt to give Gracias rabies by biting him (which he thought was a good thing), Philhipé and Gracias sat back and watched the fight instead. Following the end of the encounter, Philhipé opted to join the party. At this point, he was still called Pete, but wanted to be renamed. [[Yumi]] suggested Philhipé, claiming that Philhipé's original name should not be lost entirely, and the name stuck.

During the campaign Philhipé proved his worth numerous times, showing cunning and guile where needed, and proving instrumental in the defeat of the [[Gem Lord]] and [[King Cobra]]. Along the way Philhipé became a large fan favourite amongst the live viewers. Despite not owning any treasures or items of his own, a gift [[Blunderbuss]] from Gracias became his weapon of choice, which he was surprisingly accurate with despite his lack of depth perception.

Tragedy stuck, however, when during the final fight of the campaign with [[Gwyneth Sunsword]], Philhipé was separated from the group and rendered unconscious. [[Rob]] claimed in wrapping up the stream that Philhipé was held prisoner for months and eventually decapitated and killed by Gwyneth. However, at a later date he would ret-con this statment.

== Friendships ==

=== Gracias (Coestar) ===
Philhipé's closest friend was [[Gracias]]. Their friendship began when Gracias hugged him, and after talking about how they thought they had no reason to fight, they sat down together out and left the combat. Throughout the rest of the adventure, Philhipé listened to Gracias's advice and always looked out for him, in return Gracias repeatedly waited for Philhipé, and tried to defend and save him. Some of these instances were in the Blood Snake forest, where Gracias lagged behind to stay with Philhipé, when Philhipé healed Gracias when he was low on stamina, and when Gracias tried to help Philhipé navigate out of the fog.

=== Yumi (Roamin) ===
Philhipé respected the authority of [[Yumi]] as a leader, and showed that he was loyal to her. When the two first met, he embraced Yumi in a bear hug as thanks for the respect Yumi showed in speaking in the way Kobolds do, by saying "Gnome" repeatedly. In response, Yumi gave him a little slap on the behind to say "Hey, you know what, you don't scare me off". Later on, when the Guild was starting to fall apart, with certain members questioning Yumi's skill as a leader, Philhipé stood by her. In the final battle, after Yumi surrendered, Philhipé detonated the fog, sacrificing himself to save her.

Philhipé and [[Bumbley]] did not interact very much however, partly because of Kobold's disliking of dwarves, however Philhipé seemed to get over that and eventually even call him by the nickname K4 which showed affection.

Philhipé, then known as Pete, worked with a group of four other [[Kobolds]] who he guarded a cave filled with gems with. When first encountering Roamin's Band of Thieves, he seemed to respect the his Boss's wishes and commands, however he ultimately abandoned them after befriending Gracias. When confronted by the rest of the thieves, he said that they had not been his friends, and that he had just worked with them.
