===Background===
Bill was a prisoner during [[The Silvermine Mountains]] campaign, alongside [[Steve]] and 2 unnamed Porcs. They were tasked to help free [[Jakelad]] in [[The Sunswords]] but after he escaped, they were captured and thrown in the Silvermine Mountains instead. Once incarcerated, they started a secret club and tried to create a way to escape. When they met [[Margaret O'Malley]] they liked his name so much that two of them decided to take the name themselves. They then met [[Khn'n-Rell]] who convinced them that Jakelad told him the rest of the plan so they could escape the prison. The Porcs started a riot at lunch after deciding to follow Khn'n-Rell but were stopped by the guards.

During the mining shift the next day Khn'n called a secret meeting and convinced the Porcs, along with the others at the meeting, to join the [[Cult of Bones]]. That night [[Kallark]], one of the guards on duty, released the prisoners. Once Khn'n found the book he needed, the cult members re-joined in the area where they had their secret meeting earlier that day. Khn'n did a special summon spell that caused all the cultists, including the Porcs, to have their flesh melt away until they were just living skeletal creatures. [[The Ageless One]] then rose from the prison causing a cave-in that decimated the mine and trapped the cultists alive, under all the rubble of the mountain.

Buried in the ruins of the Silvermine Mountains. He however is a [[Cult of Bones]] member and as such is said by [[Rob]] to be able to dig his way out.

Bumbley is a male Dwarf with a muscular build, a long, thick brown braided beard, and green eyes. Bumbley wears a black undershirt, blue pants, a green tie in his beard, brown shoes and gloves. Like other members of the Thieves Guild, Bumbley wear a golden broach and a red sash around his waist. For combat, Bumbley wears sleeveless Steel Plate Armor with "K 4" written in black on his pectoral muscles. Bumbley also wears a metallic helmet that has horns attached to it.

It was later revealed through [[Dankie|Dankie's]] Crystal Flat Screen that Bumbley is notably very hairy all over his body. It is unknown if this is due to prolonged living conditions with the [[Monkey Fish|Monkey Fishes]], or simply Bumbley's natural look.

Bumbley originally started out as a simple Dwarf, being the quiet unappreciated fourth member of the Thieves Guild. He was often berated and confused as to what the group wanted him to exactly do. It was not until he performed valiantly against a group of hostile [[Kobolds]] that his role as the main fighter in the group became clear. Yumi and [[Squinks]], however, preferred to continuously demoralize him by renaming him to Kobold Number 4 and demoting him to be under the command of Philhipé the Kobold. After being renamed to Kobold number 4 Bumbley nicknamed himself K-4 and decided that he wanted everyone to start calling him that. As the party progressed through their adventure, K-4 developed a stronger personality and became more aggressive towards [[Yumi]] (played by [[Roamin]]). K-4 becomes very hostile towards Yumi after asking her to use the name K-4 but Yumi still taunted him by calling him his full name, Kobold number 4.

While the current whereabouts of Gracias are unknown after the conclusion of the Band of Thieves campaign, K-4 ends up residing with the [[Monkey Fish|Monkey Fish King]] in luxury in his Grotto.

==History==
Randall was created by sheer random when the [[Dwarf]] [[Sorcerer]] Penwar Lockis wished to create a lover. Initially, Randall was frightened as the [[Dwarven Siblings]] began to huddle around the newborn being. After some tender moments, however, Randall soon calmed down. That is, until, [[Inky]] decided to throw Randall into the air while [[Blinky]] enlarged him. After a minor scuffle, Randall crashed down soaking Thanks' shirt.

When the Dwarven Siblings entered [[Bopen's Lair]] later, Thanks decided to go through the summoning ceremony for a Nimbus cloud, choosing Randall as his Nimbus. Thanks sacrificed his shirt, which was still soaked in the essence of Randall, and created Randall, the 'Cloud Dad'.

==Characteristics==
Previous to his nimbus cloud transformation, Randall was quite shy and timid. Randall, having only recently been created, seemed to be frightened and scared, but warmed up to the Dwarves who created him after a few moments.

After Randall's nimbus cloud transformation, he inherently began to take on the personality and characteristics of his creator, [[Thanks]]. In turn, Randall began to like [[Inky]], who [[Thanks]] held in high regard.
